Key: Leadership & Transformation helps organisations navigate change, lead development and build strong, sustainable systems where strategy, structure, culture and behaviours work in the same direction. Based in Stockholm, we work on-site in several countries and also offer many services online.

Key: Leadership & Transformation is led by Alf Hellström and Pernilla Eriksson, both of whom have a military background and over 40 years of experience developing companies, teams and individuals. Supporting them is a team of hand-picked consultants who are brought in according to the client's needs.

Alf has worked with leadership, culture and transformation throughout most of his life. With a background as an officer, he gained early insight into what happens when pressure mounts, the pace increases and leadership is truly put to the test. That is where his interest in people, behaviours and how to build functioning teams was born — not just on paper, but in everyday life.

Pernilla is a specialist in behavioural and cultural analysis. With a background in both the military and Swedish business life, she has gained deep insights into what it takes to achieve results — not only at an organisational and professional level, but also as a fellow human being and coach.

Diana creates the conditions for attractive and thriving organisations. Her ability to ignite internal drive and build alignment and closer collaboration between employees and managers is rooted in her solid experience of leadership and organisational development, in both the private sector and the public sphere.
Diana works with a focus on motivation and conflict management, and holds a degree in behavioural science with psychology as her main subject. She is also a lecturer in leadership at Halmstad University, a curriculum developer, a certified IL and UL facilitator, a coach for both individuals and groups, and a former officer in the Swedish Air Force.

Having led, driven and completed internal transformation processes himself, Jan has built up many years of experience as a consultant in the development of organisations and teams. He has also coached managers and leaders experiencing burnout symptoms back to sustainable leadership. For several years, Jan has also worked with traumatised individuals and run treatment homes for children, young people and families. In recent years, he has worked on protective assignments as a consultant for social services and the police in relation to domestic violence and gang crime.

Martina is a qualified Conversation Therapist, certified Life Coach and Behaviour Therapist, and a licensed facilitator in Key: Behaviour. Throughout her life she has had a desire to inspire thoughts and feelings that help people grow, both as individuals and as a group. This is also something she has had countless opportunities to do as a singer, songwriter and author. In these roles she has developed a deep understanding of many different people in many different countries. Martina has performed for and met everyone from royalty to presidents and business magnates — sometimes on large stages, sometimes at small and intimate events, giving her an extraordinary sense of what each moment requires.
Above all, Martina is driven by an enormous desire to grow as a person — to constantly find new paths to a life filled with meaning and joy.
That kind of thing is contagious.

Kave is an organisational consultant and ICF-certified leadership coach with over 20 years of experience at various levels in the business world. He has worked with leading transformation journeys, developing teams and strengthening leadership across different industries. With a combination of operational experience and professional facilitation and coaching, he supports managers and management teams in achieving sustainable results.

Håkan's interest in adventure and challenges led him to take up skydiving, mountain climbing and diving during his secondary school years. During a demanding period of military service as a conscript commander in a special forces unit, Håkan discovered his strength and ability to help others overcome tough challenges, both mental and physical.

Marie specialises in working with people and organisations in complex environments where demands are high and change must happen for real. She helps organisations reduce silo thinking, break cultures of silence and create ways of working where accountability is taken in everyday life.
