Key: OBMS is our digital platform for analysing and developing structure, culture and behaviours at all levels within an organisation.

Our digital platform Key: OBMS goes beyond individuals and groups to develop organisations as a whole. Through surveys, analyses, reports and tools, we create structures and cultures that inspire all employees to contribute their full potential.

Focus areas

In a workshop with the management team, managers and employees, we identify three to five focus areas within the dimensions of structure and culture. These form the basis for all the surveys, analyses, reports and tools we will subsequently work with in OBMS.

Surveys

Key: OBMS contains a database of more than 160 statements that participants rate in tailored surveys. These surveys are easy to compile and send out broadly, and the responses create a detailed picture of the organisation's current structure, culture and behaviours.

Reports

Key: OBMS generates a number of different types of reports, of which perhaps the most important is a diagram showing the distribution of behaviours at the organisational, group and individual level. Each respondent's aggregated responses are represented by a point that stands in direct relation to the organisation's structure and culture. Detailed analyses of various aspects of the surveys can be filtered down to group level. Free-text responses, which often provide an even more true-to-life picture, are also presented in a dedicated section.

Tools

When individual transformation journeys are planned, employees and their immediate managers can select various tools within Key: OBMS to achieve specific goals. Some tools provide practical advice and concrete activities to work with. Other tools present theoretical models, structures, checklists and metaphors that can help employees understand what and how they can develop their capabilities. Examples of tools include: Business-minded behaviour, Setting goals, Effectiveness, Customer value, NÖHRA, Planning, PIRU, Role expectations, Accountability, The back mirror (reflecting), Coaching behaviour, Feedback, Group development, Role modelling, Self-leadership.
